STAR TREK! & The Glory of Star Trek Fandom, NYC!
We are heavy star trek fans and our trek social group is the NYC Star Trek Meetup/ and our sister/ sponsor group: Starbase Centaur 4210!
Our network is over 1000+ strong and we have been also on GMA, articles done on us by Associated Press, interviewed by 1010Win, Good day NY. We've Been invited to industry screenings as cosplay hosts, such as Star Trek (JJ Abrahams) NYC industry screening (Invited by Paramount pictures, NYC office. ) Discovery season two NY Red Carpet screening, (invited by CBS marketing, NYC office). Like our main group we host trek related events and do charity! I have had the honor of interviewing Nichele Nichols at Wintercon, Resorts Casino and I was the host escort for George Takei on the Meredith Vieria show, NBC!

More about our group!
- We are multi racial/ ethnic/ generational, kid friendly, multi fandom professional group of cosplayers! If you are hosting a free community event we do not charge, all we need is a clean place to change and refreshments, and if it cost more than a train fare to get to you, transportation compensation.
- We have done appearences via Volunteers of America/ Raymour & Flannigan Community Day/ NY Historical Society/ Barnes & Noble NYC/ St. Marys Hospital/ Fort Hamilton Army Base/ Veterans of foreign wars post #1896, United War Veteran Council veteran hospital outreach. (references can be provided)
- f you are a con organizer, We can host panels on a wide variety of fandom topics as well as Cosplay showcases & contests!
- We can provide talented cosplayers who are also professional singers/ dancers for your content!
- We'd love to bring you inside the world of costuming and fantasy and would make good subject material for your radio/ TV show/ internet show, magazine or blog!
- We work with a number of Veteran groups so plz reach out to us for any Veteran or FRG (famly readiness groups) / MWR events!
We talk about star trek & comics also as it relates to our world!
So much of star trek deals with the celebration of diversity! Our group is about the same ! We discuss issues relating to diversity, and representation, history and the contributions of people of color!
As well as we are heavily involved in charity and community! We have volunteered in shelters, hospitals for kids and veterans, we donate personal care items, clothes, toys books/ comics, and send care packages overseas.

It is also our sister group of wonderful star trek fans who support our charity as well as who donate for our geek events! Celebrating the star trek principles of IDIC, (infinite diversity/ infinite combinations). If you manage any new or classic star trek artist/ writer please reach out to us! With support from our sponsors we are looking to host celebrities! We will be producing upscale Geek events for the entertainment pleasure of our community! If you are a talented cosplayer/ singer/ dancer/ poet/ etc. reach out to us! We also produce showcases at various cons!
